Hello! I’m Genia, and I’d love to welcome you into the world of EatMyTrip – the most imaginative brunch experience out there! I see myself as a curious and daring traveler, always eager to create, innovate, and amaze. My journey toward this dream began while exploring faraway countries and falling in love with their vibrant, authentic cuisines.
That passion inspired me to create EatMyTrip brunch restaurants – unique breakfast spots where classic American dishes meet exciting flavors from around the globe. Our restaurants in Barcelona and Madrid are much more than typical brunch places — they’re culinary adventures, edible journeys that can whisk you away to the Swiss Alps, Japan, Korea, or Thailand. Each dish offers joy, surprise, and unforgettable taste sensations. There’s nothing better than hearing our guests say “mmm” and “wow” as they dive into our signature creations like the Magic French Toast or the Pancake Party.
Our menu, mainly vegetarian, features beloved favorites such as avocado toast, English breakfast, Spanish breakfast, eggs Benedict, and healthy brunch options like smoothie bowls, vegan salads, açai, waffles, fluffy pancakes, and handcrafted cakes — including gluten-free and sugar-free options from our bakery.
